Siena Heights University is a liberal arts institution founded in 1919 and sponsored by the Adrian Dominican Sisters; enrolling a diverse community of traditional-age and working adult students. The Department of Theatre and Dance (Theatre Siena) offers bachelor’s degrees in Theatre, Musical Theatre, and Technical Theatre as well as a dance minor. Theatre Siena proudly provides individualized educational opportunities to students who intend to work professionally in the arts. We have a vast network of alumni working professionally on and off Broadway, in national tours, at the Metropolitan Opera, as well as in film, television, and regional theatre. After many successful decades of sending our students into the professional world of theatre, we are thrilled in 2026 to present our fourth official Senior Showcase. This virtual model allows smaller institutions, such as ours, a way to reach a wider swath of industry professionals and send our graduates out into the world with more connections than we've ever had possible before. While Siena Heights University will close after the 2025–2026 academic year, we remain dedicated to our Theatre Siena Alumni and their continued success.
