Peaces Documentary

Michael Kirk Lane has joined the producing team for Wet Dog Films' documentary PEACES.

In 2002, after a serious illness and subsequent visions, Austrian artist Franz Trink created a painting 5m long by 2.2m high depicting man’s struggle for world peace.

Upon its completion, he cut the painting into six slivers and sent them to six prominent religious leaders and political world leaders with peace policy and figures of influence. Some of the recipients include The Dalai Lama, Pope John Paul II, The Archbishop of Canterbury William Rowan, Mahatma Gandhi’s grandson Arun among others.

His belief was that in doing this....the painting would be reassembled when world peace was finally realized.

Cabaret Scenes Feautre Interview

Michael sat down with Rob Lester, for an interview about Now You Know.

"Now You Know is far from your typical cabaret show. It’s a hybrid—virtually a one-act play with two co-stars that becomes a three-handkerchief weeper when we hear what he went through"

First Review of Now You Know

"Michael Kirk Lane is a force to be experienced. This delightful performer takes his audience on a journey of determination and resolve. He’s a funny guy with a heart of gold and a spirit filled with passion. He is supported on the stage by two more wonderful entertainers. Jon Satrom and Laura Pavies electrify as well and transform this unfortunate incident in his life into a joy encrusted acceptance of lifes trivals. Musical Director, William TN Hall has done a terrific job on keys with Jamie Mohamdien on bass. How could this show go wrong under the direction of one of New York’s best. Jay Rogers makes magic, be it on stage or off. This is a show to see."
